My Autumn Baby Shower

On Saturday, I was given a fabulous baby shower to celebrate the upcoming birth of my first child. (It's getting close!!) It was so much fun, and I was a very happy camper.


The party had an autumn theme—perfect for someone who loves fall as much as I do. My mom did a beautiful job with the decor. The tables were set with fresh seasonal flowers and autumn hues. The menu was a brunch buffet of donuts, muffins, hot chocolate, and chowder. Baby girl owl-themed paper goods brought a bit of cuteness to the party.

My small contribution was the favors. I made little s'mores kits, each containing some mini fudge grahams, miniature marshmallows, a toothpick, and tealight. I called them "baby" s'mores. ;)



I owe special thank yous to several people—

-My mom for being the main organizer of the shower, as well as all the help she has given me so far. She is going to be such a great Oma, and little Adelaide will be spoiled for sure!

I am so blessed to have such a wonderful group of family and friends to support me in this new chapter in my life.
